June has hit me like a tidal wave guys!
There is so much going on around the area, I feel like I'm drowning in events. Haha! That's a good thing! I will not complain, I just want to let you know, I will be super busy this week cramming Joplin Macaroni Kid. Updating Summer Camps (here is one specifically you might be interested in) happening across the area, swim lessons, Farmers Markets, VBS dates. Coming soon, is also a complete list of all 5K & Fun Runs in the area!

Over this next week until we meet again, make sure you catch Galena Days. It is a weekend long event! Carnival, bingo, and live entertainment. I hear there will be LOTS of give-a-ways as well, including cash!? I'm game!
If you love hiking, and get a chance to head over to Cassville, check this out! Happening on National Trails Day, this event also sponsors American Cancer Society. It sounds to be a blast! We actually have a few National Trails Day events taking place this day, if you want to stick closer to town. G.W.C. National Monument is hosting an event, as well as Wildcat Glades & Audubon Center.
Free Swimming Days has kicked off for Joplin pools... don't miss out on that awesome freebie! The pools might get crowded yes, the way I see it, once your settled in, it's not a big deal. Take the kids, have fun! All free swimming days are on the calendar ;) I need reminders too!
Go ahead and take a peek at the calendar for a complete list and details of all upcoming area events. City Wide Sales are taking place this weekend! Make sure, your hitting up your favorite farmers markets. Keep our farmers busy, they need us, shop local!
